Double Method cleaning: SHAMPOO & STEAM
This process is the finest deep extraction method of cleaning available.
First: After pre-inspection to determine fiber content, an appropriate pre-conditioner will be applied to soiled areas. Then, a 3 brush rotary carpet shampoo machine gently scrubs loose embedded soil from the fibers. Unlike some other cleaning agents, carpet shampoo has soil-suspending properties to enhance the rinsing capability of the second method.
Second: A powerful hot water extraction machine [steam-cleaner] rinses the carpet with a balanced pH water softening agent for more efficient cleaning, which will inhibit re-soiling and remove harmful dirt which can fade and wear down carpet fibers.

Glider wand: I use this extraction tool which creates more air -flow through the fibers. This not only removes more soil from the carpet but removes more moisture which facilitates faster drying.
Sanitizing carpet shampoo: This product is available for people with allergies to help control mold and mildew problems. It's the safest method to disinfect carpeting because of shampoo encapsulation, not an air-born breathable spray.
Power booster: This oxygen adding stain remover and color brightener is added at no additional cost. It works in the same manner as the product Oxy-Clean, only it was developed for carpet and upholstery cleaning.
